Don't you hate that. Expecting a place like IHOP or Huddle House to be open all night and then finding it's not when you need it most is really a pain in the asscheeks.

When I was in traveling to Birmingham last month, I needed to get something at Walmart and Drove off the interstate to get there. They were closed at 10:00.
I couldn't believe it!
