I haven't heard from you directly so I wasn't sure if you received "something" in the mail yet? I don't know how long things take to be delivered and with the holidays, it may have taken longer than I had hoped.

You can email me at my gmail account (on my user page if you don't already have it) just to let me know, especially if you didn't because then the post office will be getting one, very annoyed visit from me! ;-)
