How have you been doin in your absence from my humble quarters?

Quite well, actually. Best news is that I finally have an apartment in town. One of the other professors moved in with her boyfriend, and I've taken over her apartment. No more sleeping on a cot in the library for me.

Let's see if my feeble brain can figure out where we were last time...
