Now that my CD player is finally dying (it has been there for me for a long time, this is sad), I am thinking about jumping on the bandwagon and saving up for an ipod. Now my tech-savy friends, is there a certain place to get it from that is more adventageous than others? ie, Best Buy, Amazon, etc.? If I'm going to invest in a semi-expensive piece

iPods actually suck

Mine started dying right after the 3 month warenty ended. So I recommend going with something cheeper that, in case it mal-functions, you can get a new one.

I know two people who got mp3 players and are really happy with them...there are some really nice ones out there, FYI.
