Got up fairly early today and showered then went to the city to deal with some business. I had an appt Monday but couldn’t make it and the form I had said I could just get there shortly after so that was the plan today. I did this once before and know all about what they want me to do. It seems like by the weekends are always crappy and boring lately. Not to mention my sleeping habits go to hell. I am slowly accomplishing small things but so much shit to do and my motivation level is so low.

I’m convinced my tinnitus acts up more when I am listening to the TV. I don’t mind watching some stuff w/o the volume and w/just captions like soaps or Law & Order reruns but I still want to hear what people say. So I did actually wake up at a wholly not unreasonable time - for me. I finished watching In Bruges as I fell asleep after the first ½ hour last night thanks to a double dose of sleeping pills.
