Welcome back!
Today's battle puts is toe to toe with Olmos-Pesci the Sorcerer. While he is amazingly frail (not the 1 Atk and 1 Def), his magic power is unrivaled, so I can expect a fierce battle. If I win, I get D-Alma, a new Earth Natial. I am kind of looking forward to getting some new Air power, like wow!
Stone positioning favors me, but a Sorcerer has enough magic power to not have to rely on them. Also, several of the stones are under water, and I think this is the first time I've had to deal with that!
So, I'll summon a water Natial, and let it live in its natural environment.
You know, normally water Natials are kind of frustratingly slow. This is why - their full move speeds are only available underwater.
This kind of looks like a hill, but actually isn't! Ae-Ferrion just has amazing attack range, so I have to keep my guard up.
...You know, I could've sworn that thing's range didn't cover this tile. :|
Time to get me a healer up, while Reque finishes wrapping up the remaining Stones...
And that's Ae-Ferrion dealt with! Time to resume the offensive.
Things are looking pretty nice for me right now. I think I'll save up a touch of MP for myself.

Getting my health back in check... unfortunately, this is where I start suffering some serious counter-offensive from Olmos, with my army getting torn apart.
Like so.
Zamilpen, in addition to its other talents, is a pretty damn hard hitter, as you can see here.
Fire out of the way, it's time to revive our air force.
Then we can get rid of all this earth nonsense and resume the attack.
Yes, this is how this battle is supposed to look. Nowhere to hide, old man!
This map is all but won for me now, so let's try out Zamilpen's magic.
Behold the power of ice magic! If Zamilpen can reach something and I have the MP for it, it can freeze a target in place, rendering it incapable of action for 100 minutes. If I can nail a Master with it, it frequently spells Game Over.

After this map, I'm sure you can understand my need for more defense. Yay!
Reward unit is D-Alma, the game's second healing Natial! Unlike Marme, D-Alma is strongest during the day, so I've got my bases covered.
And the plot continues! Phase 3 maps will be available next time...
