They're just outside of it, thankfully, but serve many of the government workers' children.

Are these the haves and/or have not a clues? Oh boy, let me tell you. Never get into a discussion about politics in the middle of an angry mob trying to protest against the type of government you appreciate. Important lesson number three hundred and eight thirty thirds.
