A) My OTP - since it doesn't say OT3, I assume threesomes aren't allowed, so I'll go with Elincia/Geoffrey! I think.
B) The runner up - Elincia/Lucia. orz I actually ship them with Geoffrey as a threesome, so that the siblings don't end up having to angst about their queen. :')
C) The anti-ship - this is definitely Elincia/Ike. Sorry, I just don't see it working out! ;o; Ike is far too unromantic and oblivious to her feelings in general to be her type, I think, and having her go back to crushing on him essentially undoes Elincia's character development.
D) My unpopular fannish opinion on said character - Assuming the above doesn't count... I like PoR!Elincia. There's a good reason she's so shy and unsure of herself for most of the game (before meeting her retainers), and I guess it's part of what makes her development later on feel so rewarding.
E) One person he/she never fell in love with, and why - Ludveck, because I'm boring and always choose the most predictable answer ever :'D

A) My OTP - probably Sanaki/Naesala! They have an... interesting dynamic, to say the least.
B) The runner up - Sanaki/Sephiran, though I'd guess that I've mostly been converted to this from the fan fics I've read (the ship didn't really jump out at me in-game).
C) The anti-ship - umm Sanaki/Lekain? I hope that ship doesn't actually exist ;A;
D) My unpopular fannish opinion on said character - I'm not sure if this counts as "unpopular", but I loved Sanaki from the moment she was introduced in PoR. It seemed obvious to me that she was quite clever, and her rather immature (maybe even bratty) behavior only made her more interesting to me.
E) One person he/she never fell in love with, and why - Tormod, because the one time they met he ended up accidentally setting her cloak on fire this is my headcanon
Sain:A) My OTP - Sain/Fiora, I think? I'm not really ship-crazy when it comes to Sain. orz ( ... )

A) My OTP for them - Ranulf/Kyza. Because they'd be ~*fabulous*~!
B) The runner up - I'm not entirely sure since Ranulf has a lot of options, but... let's go with Ranulf/Lethe.
C) The anti-ship - Ranulf/Amy, because squick. (Hopefully this ship doesn't actually exist, either.)
D) My unpopular fannish opinion on said character - hmm. I'm not that much of a fan of his ending with Ike, since Ranulf actually had good reasons for staying behind on Tellius, unlike Soren. ... but then again, this opinion might not even be unpopular!
E) One person he/she never fell in love with, and why - Aimee, because that would be a really silly crack pairing and I'm not sure where I got this idea

And I agree with you about Ranulf's ending with Ike, it doesn't bother me because of the pairing but because Ranulf leaving everything behind right when Skrimir is made king really doesn't make sense to me :/
Lucius and Serra supports are probably one of the best of the serie! Lucius is truly an interesting characters, he's submissive but strong and probably really wears the pants in his relationship with Raven though..you know..actually not wearing them XD
Renault/Lucius is disturbing. I know Lucius forgave him for killing his father but still..donotwant.
