yes, that's the feeling I got from the second film: that while Edmund has already learned from his mistakes, Peter's the one being all melodramatic and sooooo misunderstood *glomps Peter*
So I thought Ed would see what's really important underneath society's pressures.

Peter glared up at him through the disheveled mess the conversation had made of him. "Never," he snarled, and the word released a fresh wave of tears. "Not once. I never, never loved you."
Oh, god, that part made my heart wrench! If I was in Edmund's situation, I would've burst into tears at that point, even if it was a lie. But I guess having gone through life in Narnia already matured him enough to the point to know that Peter didn't mean a thing he said.
I almost wanna have the angst continue because it would be juicier than having them get together in an easy, hunky-dory way. Keep it comin' ;).
I'm also hoping for some more Shirtless!Edmund moments. RAWR.

I know! As I was writing it, I was thinking, Peter, that's so mean!! And thus I upset myself. Brilliant, that ^^U
No worries, PLENTY more angst where that came from ;P
Oh, I guess I never had him put a shirt back on. ... oops. *lecherous grin*

"A Peter/Edmund in England" story has so much potential for angst. It should be milked for all its worth, then finished of with a happy ending. ......There'll be a happy ending, wont it?.....please?....
