Adrienne grinned and hopped up from the couch, running into the hallway and flinging himself into her arms. She'd managed to do it now so that she didn't knock him over, though truth be told being wrapped up in a tangle of limbs with him was incredibly fun. Well it was if the kids didn't come in and ruin the moment.

She kissed him deeply and grinned; "Hello Mr. Carver."

He caught his wife and scooped her up, kissing her hard as her carried her back to the couch, flopping down and wrapping his hands around her bottom, pulling her tight against his body. "Well hello, Mrs. Carver," he grinned, "how's my beauty?"

She sighed happily, snuggling close against him; "I'm very happy thank you, even happy now my Prince is home." She grinned at him, she knew that he liked being called her Prince and it was technically true, he was her knight in a white lab coat and she loved him more than anything in the world. "The boys have been tiring today though, Edward got into a scrap at school, he came home with a bit of a cut lip." She sighed a little.
