1. Crop.
2. Duplicate base twice, set both to Screen.
3. Stamp visible (New Layer >>> Ctrl + Alt + Shift + E).
4. Brightness/Contrast.
Brightness: -33
Contrast: -31
5. Levels
RGB: Input Levels - 29, 1.71, 255
6. Stamp visible.
7. Paste this texture by tre-xture, set to Lighten between 10-35% opacity.
8. Duplicate base from step six, bring to top, set to Soft Light.
9. Stamp visible. Sharpen using sharpen tool, 50% strength. (Edit >>> Fade Sharpen if needed.)

10. Paste this texture by profoundly_grey, set to Color Burn at 43% opacity.
11. Paste this texture by _iconographer, set to Multiply at 64% opacity.
12. Duplicate base from step six, bring to top, set to Soft Light at 59% opacity.
13. Stamp visible.
14. Duplicate base from step 13, set to Screen at 24% opacity.
15. Stamp visible. Sharpen if needed.
