So I finished a new chapter to a story that I haven't updated in over six years, in a fandom that is pretty much dead now. But I do not care. It's been too long since I have written something and didn't absolutely hate what was on the page. 1) I finally watched Avatar: The Last Airbender and now understand why you loved it so much and why you got all shippy about it even though it was a cartoon (which thing I previously could never have supposed)

You know, I saw this comment in my email and totally said, I will reply to that later. And now it's almost a month later. Oops. So sorry!

It is awesome and terrifying at the same time.

1) I am SO HAPPY you've seen ATLA now! What did you think? Ship anyone in particular? ;)

2) I miss you too. I see you sometimes on gmail and think, I should message her, but then I don't. That's terrible, I know. I am on AIM a lot though (yes totes ancient!) and Steam.

*crosses fingers that you'll keep the momentum going* I'm sure you'll do just fine. If anything, the thought that you want to finish the fic will keep you going.

I just wish it wasn't so dead over here anymore. It seems like most everyone has migrated to Tumblr or other sites in place of LJ.

Sorry for taking so long to respond. And while the momentum stopped somewhat, I'm still in the same through process if that makes any sense at all. But yeah, I WANT to finish this damn story, but there's one particular thing I'm hung up on that I have been dreading writing since the start, and that is what has kept me from finishing it for so many years. I almost have it though. Just gotta rip off the band-aid.

Yeah, LJ is pretty dead. I have a tumblr, but I don't really use it all that much.

And thank you! How are things on your end? I'm sorry that we haven't really spoken. I've been a crappy friend, but I am happy that we at least got meet face-to-face last year. :)
