What's a picarat?

Ah, I should probably explain to those who do not know. Picarats are a type of point system for me. They determine how difficult a puzzle is; the easiest being 10 and the hardest 99. When you solve the puzzle, you earn the amount of picarats that was assigned to that puzzle. However, if you get the answer incorrectly, the amount drops little by little. If it drops too much, I will stop it at a certain number. This is just my little way of distributing points to those who are kind enough to solve my puzzles. You may then exchange these picarats for prizes, such as now.

I don't suppose these points work in this kind of world do they? [Just checking!] So then! What can I get for these 30 picarats?

Haha, I'm afraid not. They will only work with me and for that amount, you may be able to get Pokemon supplies such as the different potions, Pokeballs, and the such. If you collect more picarats, you may be able to exchange for items such as evolution stones and clothing.

... and I don't know what a Picarat is, but I would like to attempt the puzzle, if you would be so kind.

And yes, please do give the puzzle a try.

A point system? Well, that at least makes sense. Now, the puzzle.
He travels down all the way, but cannot do the reverse unless there are people around, or it has been raining... {Thinking face go!}
