OKAY!

I seen two great shows in the past few days.

First show was the Victor Wooten band at Freebird. Sweet Jesus...I thought I knew what funky meant. They re-educated me. I really couldn't believe what an amazing guitarist Richie Wooten is. Damn, I wanted to see Victor Wooten too, if only to see what bass players meant when they say a random bass-line sounds like "Victor Wooten shit".

ah, no they used a song by Goblin called "Zombi" that was used in the Dawn of the Dead! Sorry about that. Now that I reread it it's kinda confusing. But nevertheless, Goblin is an awesome band and Shaun of the Dead can't possibly disappoint you.

have you heard any of their other stuff?
their soundtrack to SUSPIRIA is the best scary movie music of all time. if you havent heard it, check it out.

I have lots of Goblin stuff! and you're absolutely right about Suspiria. I still need to see the movie, though. I hear that it's very worthy of the top notch soundtrack.

Another scary prog band I like is Magma. They're German, and they have lots of demonic operatic stuff happening in the music.
