There's a little bit of game play in this one. The new enemies look incredibly creepy, especially that emaciated thing that pops up near the end.

asgdhhdndhne<3 Fuck, thescary shit. I just have to get this. Just look at the bloody and the guns looks so hardcore. The enemies are creepy. .___. I will just have to blow them away. HARHAR. :C

I actually thought the gore was toned down. Maybe that's just because it's still in development. Or maybe I'm just not paying attention.
