Okay everyone, I finally got my butt into gear and made a video update! Like I mentioned before, I am a week late doing my video. My videos are normally every TWO weeks at each weigh-in, but I was a slacker last week. So next Monday I will have another update to get me all caught up and on track ( Read more... )

Oh my God! You are looking terrific! And how much do I love that you're catching up to your boyfriend!!!! Way to thwart the men-lose-weight-faster-than-women rule!

You have inspired me to select my own outfits to track my progress! Thanks so much for sharing this with us. It's incredible to watch you shrink! :)

Oh thank you so much!!! I have to say, getting together outfits like that so I can EASILY see my progress has been the best thing I could have done for myself. As a woman, I'm sure you know what it's like when you're retaining water and just FEEL like a balloon... now whenever I feel like that and I start getting depressed for no other reason than the fact that I am hormonal... I look at my videos and pictures, realize how far I've come, and it genuinely helps me feel better. I'm sure you'll get the same great feeling from it if you do the same! It seriously saves me from having mopey days of depression when I'm bloated!!!!

Thanks! I am following the Weight Watchers plan. I don't attend meetings because I can't afford them, but I had registered, went to my first meeting to get all the information, and I have since been following the program. It's the only thing that I have come across that makes it EASY to have a lifestyle change rather than a crash, unnatural diet (like the atkins diet). Eating isn't even an issue for me anymore. I feel like that program has taught me how to control my portions while still being able to eat the foods I love! It's amazing :D

I also workout a few days a week. I do about an hour of cardio when I workout, and just a few different weight machines (chest presses, leg machines, etch) I'm not by any means heavy-duty on my strength training right now, I'm mostly cardio :D

Damn! The clip from your first video of you putting on those pants, and then putting them on now, WOW. Good job! Very inspirational.

I don't have a big belly at all anyway, and it's driving me insane that its staying the same size. so i'm jealous of you, haha.
