Okay everyone, I finally got my butt into gear and made a video update! Like I mentioned before, I am a week late doing my video. My videos are normally every TWO weeks at each weigh-in, but I was a slacker last week. So next Monday I will have another update to get me all caught up and on track

I also workout a few days a week. I do about an hour of cardio when I workout, and just a few different weight machines (chest presses, leg machines, etch) I'm not by any means heavy-duty on my strength training right now, I'm mostly cardio :D

I don't have a big belly at all anyway, and it's driving me insane that its staying the same size. so i'm jealous of you, haha.
