Gotta say, I love your videos. We have a similar body type and actually weigh almost the same. You really can see the difference your weight loss is making, especially in your tummy. Beautiful curves are emerging. :D

Also, you TOTALLY have an hour-glass figure - please don't be disappointed if your tank-kini never quite fits completely over the 'girls'! Your back and waist are toning up to perfection - you'll just have to face it lady, your gonna have a 'rack'! I'm sure your BF won't mind :D
Also, very good advice about not agonizing over the scale. Those little numbers can be sooo mean! Another woman I chat with doesn't use a scale. She has a measuring tape and tracks her progress with that. I've considered that too, since Im very sodium sensitive and can put on water weight like crazy. Unfortunately, I'm also realllly lazy and like the ease of just stepping on a scale - just gotta not freak out about small fluctuations as long as I know I'm being good.

I am also SUPER sodium sensitive! Sometimes I feel like if I SMELL something high in sodium I start holding water weight! lol
I actually found a cool website that someone posted in one of the communities physicsdiet.com and it has really helped put my weight into perspective. It tracks your natural weight loss pattern and shows that even though your weight fluctuates, it's still moving down at an average.
I'm gonna have a new video up tomorrow! The weigh-in was today! :D
