I did want to point out that it is a myth that strength training will slow your weight loss because you are building so much muscle. In most cases, doing ST while dieting, you're not getting enough calories to support building any significant amount of muscle tissue anyway. I strictly do circuit training most of the time, and I've lost about 25 pounds since mid-April. Just wanted to share that, since I know some people are afraid to try it. I think it's helped me lose even more weight!
