Crisp emerges from a side hallway to join the procession as it passes by.

"Indoor voice, Bright. Now what's all this nonsense about the SCPs being issued communication devices? That... is just a rumor, I hope?" The tone of voice indicates that what she suspects and what she hopes are two very different things.

"Negative Sharlene. Some fuckwit decided that skips should be allowed to talk to each other." Bright mutters some more. "Who IS in charge of this Site?"

"Oh dear. That's certainly not within usual parameters. I'm sure that Doctor Ivaldi has his reasons."

"Mhmm. He'll get his reasons up his ass."

"Now, now, what's all this?" Ivaldi stumbles across the commotion and simply eyes it while speaking and stepping out of the way of any of the scurrying individuals if necessary. "Something interesting must be going on if there's this much noise."

Bright turns on the new arrival. "And who the fuck are you?"
