two nights ago was animal collective. i sent them a request to come to tucson a few months ago, and after exchanging a few emails with geologist, he confirmed that they had scheduled a date. the show was lovely. there is something about their music that makes me want to be five, running hand in hand, barefoot, in fields of tall grass
