Whew. It's cold. Yoga was hot. Lots of one on one with Hyeron Sabu nim. Tomorrow night is chest opening. These long days are going to kick my ass if I don't start to get some sleep

resting is important! especially with all these infected folks wandering about... half my class was sniffling or coughing yesterday.

hopefully the yoga people can deal more than 17yr olds...
