well i've lost 9bs, but gained 1.5/2 back :(
some of that is due to eating out and not making the best choices.

i am continuing to go to the same fitness class every thursday. i need to add at least 1-2 classes per week, but with the weather and now being sick that's on hold.

i think i'm doing ok, i appreciate that i made my goal date in june and not march :)

Im back on track. The holidays really tripped me up, and it seems like every circumstance is against me right now, but I am back on track. Im covered in poison oak, which makes working out an impossibility. So Im using the time to study and focus on portions & healthier eating. Im scaring the crap out of myself with articles on food additives, and making some serious lifestyle changes in that area.

And I got a raise! So its not a bad month.

Sweet on the raise! Congrats!

Holy cow - poison oak is so not fun. :/ Keep us posted on how you approach the additives stuff. I've never been able to pay attention to that because it always costs more to go organic, etc. I'd be curious to know how you do it. Good luck!
