In a recent interview with the NY Times, US Supreme Court justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg made this comment in regards to the Roe decision:

I find it hard to tell what she meant by that. The first few comments on the second article you linked echoed my thoughts on how strangely-worded and hard to pin down her comment was. I would welcome further clarification from her on what she did mean, and the role she thinks eugenicism has played in the pro-legalization movement.

I certainly agree that it's a terrible quality in a sitting Justice, to make policy statements.

From what I have heard about her it would not surprise me that she supports eugenics.

I really despise that woman.
