So, I missed the first half of the second Eurovision semifinal. There is An Anecdote behind that, but first, more inane blathering!

Obviously my Thoughts On Eurovision are interesting. )

My Gerald's 43 years old and the very first time I took him out after I passed my driving test, bearing in mind that I wasn't used to an old fashioned car with drum brakes and no power steering, it threw it down with rain. Then the electrics got damp and they all cut out on the way home from Sainsbury's. I conked out halfway home and had to get a bump start, and had to make sure I didn't stall - which I did quite a lot at first - because if it had gone, I couldn't have got going again either!

Looking forward to Eurovision. It's always rubbish and I always enjoy it :)

The first time we took the Mini for a drive, it was pouring with rain and one of the fuses wasn't connecting properly so the wipers kept going at random intervals. Great fun! :D

I love Eurovision, because I have no taste. Sequins! Shitty disco-pop! Costume changes!

And don't forget the random, unnecessary but inevitable key change halfway through the song...
