i went to the doctor about 2-3 weeks ago and now i'm 7 lbs lighter? how does this happen? how does this happen when i eat brownies, cookies, cakes, etc. i dont understand. i dont go to the gym and i dont excersize at home.

im not complaining.
just concerned.
