i love this, especially the last.fm radio stations. i don't have any music on my laptop so this is nice to listen to music i have already without hooking up my ipod or external hard drive.

www.last.fm sign up and then download the last.fm radio program. you type in a bunch of artists and then it just compiles a database of songs and plays them in a little window and keeps track of it. it's pretty accurate to your tastes as long as you provide them with some bands so it knows what you're into. it also keeps track of everything you listen to in itunes or winamp and suggests similar artists. also, once you listen to over 300 songs, it puts together a little "neighborhood" of people that listen to similar music. add me as your friend once you get it: thenoobinator.
