What kind of characters they get along with: Anyone willing to put up with him, he can possible become friends with. Two of his best friends in canon joined boxing just for the chance to punch him in the face, but he won them over.
What kind of characters they don't get along with: Honestly, the only people he wouldn't get along with would be those who mistreat/disrespect his friends badly, or people who misuse/disrespect the sport of boxing.
What kind of CR I'm looking for, for them: Yes.

Personality Type: Cold, competent, polite, genius warrior type who is inwardly troubled.
What kind of characters they get along with: He tends to enjoy the company of other competent, driven people; intellectuals; soldiers; and (ethical) scientists. That said, he's very curious in general, interested in learning about people and forming allegiances. He has a secret soft spot for silly doofs who can make him laugh (no small task). Once he starts making sarcastic remarks, you can be sure he likes you.
What kind of characters they don't get along with: He doesn't get along with chaotic characters or those who endanger others needlessly (ironic, considering his future), or people he feels are incompetent or irresponsible.

In spite of his compulsion to kill all criminals, there's a good heart in there somewhere. He's fondest of people who have a strong sense of justice.
What kind of characters they don't get along with: He does not get along with criminals. At all. If a criminal is violent and poses a great enough threat to public safety, he will believe they should be killed. He doesn't like uncivil people. He is a grump.
