Due to the recent loss of two mods as well as the current situation of il Promenade, the remaining moderators thought it would be best to bring in some new mods to help keep things running smoothly. We received many offers, but in the end decided to go with the volunteers who have had the most experience modding games.

:D Good job mobilizing, guys! Times they are a-changin' but that's a good thing! Change means movement and we like to see this place moving forward.

Congrats to the new mod team additions. I'm sure you'll be fab!

Thanks for the support! This all happened really quickly but when they asked if I could help I knew I wanted to. Promenade has become my home and I want to do everything I can to make sure it flourishes. ♥

I'm sorry, but where did these people volunteer? I didn't see an open post looking for volunteers, and that's not even touching the fact you did it without applications.

Please remember that every member of the mod team will respond to players' questions and concerns in an unbiased and professional manner.

With a mod team comprising of those people, I have absolutely no faith in this statement.

Talking of lack of faith, the continued attitude displayed by mods (and these people who have now been made mods) regarding the current situation in Prom shows a disheartening pattern of writing off the frustration and dissatisfaction that has caused a lot of these drops in preference to claiming people are making a whole lot of drama about nothing and that the game will do better without them anyway. Which makes any claims towards actually fixing the problems about the plot look like more empty promises.

In short: keep digging that grave, mod team.

Actually, as much as I hate to admit, the anon has a point, guys. I was actually thinking about putting in a mod app when they came up, and there has been nothing saying that you were even considering adding to the team. I know you guys mentioned that there was a lack of interest last time mod apps came around, but at the same time, it looks a bit suspicious when you suddenly add people to the roster without mentioning the fact of even attempting to do so in the first place.

You're not part of the cliquey little asspats brigade because you actually said things on the HMD that weren't glowing and positive or conducive to burying your head in the sand about the fact that Kyah is a lousy mod who cannot take nor listen to crit. Naima, Neth, Linds and Marie are all part of a clique who demonstrate poor RPing and all around poor, shitty behavior in games ( ... )
