So while letting the dogs back inside I managed to take a bad step. Tore a large chunk of skin/callous on my heel. By large think about the size of a half dollar on the underside of the heel. Peeled that sucker right back and they had to stitch it back down at the hospital. Makes for an exciting morning. Or something...
