Speaking as a student of political science...

Yes, this was pretty much what I heard too. I commented to Andrew at one point that Bush came off as a cranky little kid throwing blocks in nursery school. Talk about a 180 from the way he presented himself four years ago--which, to his credit, was a pretty savvy approach to the distant, wooden Gore. In 2000, Bush appeared warm and in-touch; now he just seems angry and aggressive. I never much fancied Bush, but I feel extremely disappointed in his total lack of courtesy and forthrightness this evening. No wonder Kerry's gaining in the polls.

Dammit, I totally missed the whole thing.
Maybe they'll have a replay on the morning news.

And how. But I still think Bush is the word for a (nasty) poon for a reason.

Barb wasn't all that bad. But Millie was the only real Bush I liked, and something tells me she was adopted. Perhaps.

Yeah, I'm the only Republican you know. Yeah, I'm the only one who would dare speak against the anti-Bush wave of resentment that permeates this liberal community of folks. Yeah, I'm the guy who is torn in half by his dislike of Kerry and what he did (and failed to do) for Massachusetts, and his disgust with Bush.

But you get to blather ALL that out, and nobody else can give you sass? You're kidding, right? Isn't that sorta... cowardly... and close-minded... and double-speaking.... sorta like... Bush?

oh, burn. but really, I just don't want idiotic banter that's like, "Bush rulz, you suxor." I *always* enjoy good debate, though. And I know you always have intelligent statements with things to back up what you say, so I definitely don't mind your particular brand of sass.

And actually, you're not the only Republican I know, or am friends with. So don't feel too much in the minority.
