[The device is cursed, let's just leave it at that. The feed shows the front of the school as it snows, and in front of that is a pile of broken desks, chairs, and bookcases that can be used for fire. And it's all pretty much close-up. The PDA must be close by. When Kanda comes out, he's got another armfull of wood that he just tosses onto the pile. He doesn't seem to be all that pleased doing Allen's errands, but hey it gets him out of the building for a bit.
