I know people say you should keep your resume simple looking, so that your audience doesn't get preconceived notions about you... but... has anyone done anything fun w/ their resume? I want to spruce mine up a bit.

It depends on what job you are submitting for, I think.
An accountant should have a very tight and streamlined resume, accenting key moments in education or experience with a clear bullet list.
A writer should almost make it an interesting narrative that makes you want to find out more about the person.
A designer should have a colorful and vivid graphic presentation to the resume.

and a robot scientist should create a small talking robot that reads the resume to potential employers in a metallic, monotone voice.
