That's a fanart, right? I mean, no way is Al taller than Winry, he's still shorter than Ed in the movie.

But I like it nonetheless. ^^

Nope, it's drawn by Hiromu Arakawa. In the original, you can see her 'signature' better. It makes sense for Al to be taller in this because in the movie, Al's a lot younger than Human!Al would be in the manga's plot.
