Ouch, ouch, ouch... I am so freaking sore right now. I started PT on Tuesday and the therapist, Regina had me just doing band pulls to strengthen my back, and leg lifts to strengthen my legs. I got there yesterday and in an hour's time, she had me on the hand bike to warm up my arms, the bike to warm up my legs, then on the total gym doing squats.
