ginny is way too boring harry should've married hermione or cho. i'd even rather luna or parvati.
ginny just a little fangirl. in the books she looks 8 when she's 15. that is good.
she just goes off trying to get back together with him because she can't find him a b-day present.
ginny is annoying.
i wish she died may 29, 1993, the day when harry defeated the basilisk. thinking that she was so brave when she was half-dead, when harry was the hero.
i don't get the reason she's popular she's just a plain boring girl bellatrix should've killed her like she almost did.
i hope there is a part if a new book comes out in ten years like jk rowling said might where ginny dies and the children are devasted and harry relizes it's no big.

Rowling simply did not do a good job in portraying Harry's romance with Ginny. She did a better job with Ron and Hermione's relationship. That's all. I don't understand these hostile reactions. Unless this is more about disappointment over the lack of a Harry/Hermione endgame.

By the way, Ginny wasn't a Mary Sue. She had her flaws, even after she became popular at school in the later novels. But the novels are written from Harry's POV. It's only natural that he would overlook her flaws. And the novels reflect this.

Ginny was still a mary sue. Her flaws were never acknowledged in a way that got her punished. They were either praised or simply ignored. Another reason that made her a mary sue was that she appeared to be the best at every single thing and that's unrealistic.

I like Ginny. But I dislike the pairing. I think that Harry only married her to be offically a part of the Weasley family.
I would like to see both of they with different people, of other houses. I think that JKR wasted lots of oportunitys to develope other characters.
I'm lucky that fanfiction exists. And that some fics are better that the original with so many unexplored possibilities.
