Now I really wish the book will just come out. This is so going to drive me crazy for ages! ;)
The inheritances just keep piling up for Harry don't they? (If it is Harry and he does indeed get all the money). This is just simply feeding into my theory that Harry isn't going to work and will just live off them when he defeats Voldemort and ends up with Ginny. I suppose that it might let Ginny go out and work (for what? people with sinus problems?)while Harry stays home to be a househusband but this is me being WAY too optimistic for a pairing I dislike. (And even my optimism involves seeing Harry as a slacker multiple heir - I am so evil I can't even recognise myself anymore ;)).

Someone elsewhere suggested that the "will" might refer to not what Dumbledore is leaving behind, but what Dumbledore wants to happen, IOW, it is Dumbledore's will that Harry and Ginny get back together, just like it was supposedly Dumbledore's will that Remus and Tonks get together. That's even worse than the idea of Dumbledore leaving all his stuff to Harry.

You're right, that's MUCH worse. I mean, they require stupid plot devices to hook up again? (Or for Lupin/Tonks; to even be considered?) You would think this was a badly and unconvincingly written fanfiction story that features a really canon incompatible pairing.
Why do I have this weird feeling that somewhere in the HPverse some sleaze is using this idea to nail babes? I can just imagine it now:
"Come on, baby, you know we're meant to be together, Dumbledore would totally want more love in the world, we have to choose what's easy over right, or is it right over easy?" etc.
