My family is messed up...we didn't even do anything at all for Thanksgiving this year. In the past, when we attempted to, it was disaterous due to bickerings/fights, not getting things done, etc. I went with my friend's family and it was a huge family deal. It was so much fun, and I've vowed to make sure I marry someone who's family feels Thanksgiving is important.
