Yay, knitting! I've gotten back into my lace, even if it is making me crazy to count all 57 stitches on every single row so I won't have to tink back through them again.

My parents used to dream of having a few sheep someday, and my mom was a fiber-arts nut too, so I got indoctrinated early into the joys of soft, woolly things ;}

I need to talk to you about "outgrowing" your drop spindle. Maybe you didn't outgrow it as much as master your standard technique on it. Maybe I need to give you some pretty colored roving to see what you can do with it. Maybe you need a challenge... I dare you to spin two ounces of boucle', or two ounces of four ply with a constant color change.
