Dangit, I think I sprained the little toe on my right foot, or at least bruised it. I must've been hooping a little too enthusiastically in flip-flops (not enough foot support) on Sunday, since on Monday when I went to run, I noticed a little pain. I already had a blister on my little toe, so I thought maybe the bandage was too tight. I readjusted

I was excited about upping my mileage this week, but I think I'll skip any runs, hooping, and dancing until maybe Sunday or Monday. Since I'm healing so fast, that seems like a reasonable goal (even though it might drive me crazy!).
