toe issues

Dangit, I think I sprained the little toe on my right foot, or at least bruised it. Definitely stay off it as much as possible (which is near impossible, of course, what with needing feet to get from one place to another) and ice it a few times a day. It's probably just a minor strain, which will go away with a bit of rest. If you've got any advil or other ibuprofen, that can help reduce any inflammation, too, along with ice.

I'm only walking a few times a day, and rarely for more than 10-15 min at a time at a moderate pace... this is as much as I can manage to "stay off" my feet, alas. It's feeling much better today, after a little ibuprofen and no ice (since I'm lazy about ice unless I'm in lots of pain).

I was excited about upping my mileage this week, but I think I'll skip any runs, hooping, and dancing until maybe Sunday or Monday. Since I'm healing so fast, that seems like a reasonable goal (even though it might drive me crazy!).
