Actually, only something like 17% of new voters age 18-24 showed up to vote..

I hurd that 13% of the voters were new registers. That might have been an exit poll. None the less my point is, who the fuck registers to support the current president, those were thought to have been mostly Kerry supporters trying to get him out of office.
