♥♥♥♥♥-Lover. You couldn't possibly mean more to her if you tried, and anyone who hurts you in any way will get shown so many stabs, they won't remember which way is up. You could even survive getting caught messing up the mail.
♥♥♥♥-Family/best friend/Crew. There is a very close bond there and she would happily risk life and limb to keep you safe. It's very difficult to reach this level, and losing your friendship would be a horrific blow.
♥♥♥-Friend. You've managed to close the distance she tries to keep between herself and most other people and she officially cares about you. She will put herself in harm's way for you without even being asked and will go to large effort to avoid hurting you.
♥♥-Friendly acquaintance. She likes you, but isn't particularly attached. She'll go out of her way to do favors if you need it and will try to avoid hurting you, but won't be particularly shaken up if you die, even if she's the one to kill you. This is probably the highest most people will reach for a while.
♥-Good first impression. She has a positive opinion of you, but wouldn't actually call it personally liking you. She'll be friendly and polite and will help you out if it's not a lot of trouble, but you're ultimately just another face to her and she won't bat an eye if something happens to you. This is where most people who don't make a negative impression will start out.
♥/♠-No opinion/idefk. She honestly doesn't know what to make of you and/or doesn't care either way. She either hasn't had enough of a chance to talk to you to decide what she thinks or you've managed to simultaneously be someone she can like and someone that gets on her nerves. She'll still be polite and friendly, but it'll be token.
♠-Bad first impression. You annoy her somewhat or otherwise just put her off. She doesn't wish you ill and will still try to be polite for the sake of civility, but she might come across as curt and impatient from time to time.
♠♠-Active dislike. You just bug her and she has a hard time being polite around you. She'll be quick to drop the manners and start swearing at you, and might want to physically hurt you.

Trust
♦♦♦♦♦-Absolute trust. You know everything about her and if there's something she's planning that you're not in on, it's probably because she wants to surprise you. Nobody has this ranking right now.
♦♦♦♦-Confidante. She puts a lot of trust in you and will confide most of her feelings and history. She might keep some secrets from you, but she won't make a habit of it. She also trusts you with her back and can sleep soundly around you.
♦♦♦-Trusted ally. She'll tell you a lot about herself and you might even have heard that she's killed from her own mouth. She'll let her guard mostly down around you, though she still might not be comfortable leaving herself completely defenseless. She's probably known you for a long time or seen you go out of your way to help her to trust you this much.
♦♦-Ally. She's comfortable around you and might have told you one or two of her secrets, but she won't be dropping her guard much for you.
♦-Slight trust. She knows you well enough to judge and isn't wary of you. She won't be very tense around you, but she won't really open up either. If you know much of anything about her that isn't public knowledge, you probably found out by accident or cornering her about it or from someone else.
♦/♣-Who are you? She doesn't really know whether she can trust you or not, either because she doesn't know you or she has reason to doubt the sincerity of your actions. She'll keep her guard up around you and won't say much about her personal life, but she won't outright assume you're hostile, either. This is where just about everyone will start.
♣-Slightly wary. She might not expect you to go out of your way to hurt her, but she definitely doesn't think she can trust you, either. She'll be somewhat on edge around you and will probably suspect some sort of ulterior motive if you do something nice.
♣♣-Conflict of interests. She has some reason to think you might wish her harm or want to undermine her. Or maybe she just thinks you're hiding something major from her. Either way, she's watching you carefully now.
♣♣♣-Professional enemy. It might not be personal, but she feels at odds with you. There's a major conflict of interest here and she is distinctly worried about stabs if she lets you catch her off guard. She's not taking her eyes off of you for a second in an in person meeting.
♣♣♣♣-Threat. Not only are you at odds with her, but you're dangerous, too. She's watching her step carefully with you and probably trying to learn more about you so that if things come to blows, she'll have some kind of advantage. There's no way she's letting you out of her sight if you're still in range with any sort of weapon.
♣♣♣♣♣-You or her. Whatever the reason, she feels like a deadly conflict is inevitable. She'll always have her cigarette holder in one hand while she's talking to you, and may or may not tell you it's also a gun. If she even sees your hands go out of sight, she'll be ready for a fight.
Canonmates
Karkat Vantas-AU (carcinology): ♥,♦/♣
One of her neighbors, a little gruff and oddly familiar. Not only does he know about the Midnight Crew, but he knows she's part of it. He seems to be understanding of her position, though, and clearly has issues of his own with Slick. This could be either good or bad, depending on what the nature of those issues are and whether or not he's willing to keep her secret. She'll decide whether or not she trusts him when she sees how he acts toward her when he's not flipping out.
Terezi Pyrope-AU (prodigypyrope): ♥,♦/♣
Another neighbor, much more polite than Karkat. She seems fairly reasonable and intelligent, although she triggers that odd feeling of unexplained familiarity too. Looks like a Troll, for some reason.
Sollux Captor-OU (seeingtwofold): ♥/♠,♦/♣
Mage of Doom, one of the legendary heroes from the Incipisphere. She isn't sure what to think about that, or him, really. His attitude gets on her nerves, but he DID try to cheer her up after he told her what happened to Prospit.
Dave Strider-OU (iamthestrider): ♥,♦
Knight of Time from another Session? Odd, but she can accept that. He knows she's a member of the Midnight Crew, but doesn't seem to care. She's not entirely sure what to make of that, but she at least feels she doesn't have to be on edge around him. He does seem pretty decent so far, though, and she thinks they can get along.

A fellow musician, which is always a good thing as far as Misere's concerned. She also seems to be genuinely friendly and concerned for other people, something that Misere isn't used to but is happy to see. She's really starting to like her, if in a distant sort of way, and thinks she should be fairly harmless as long as certain secrets stay secret.
