Free Comic Book Day

I should've posted this earlier because this late on a Friday, not many people will see this, but tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day. Many comic stores across North America will be participating, and you can walk in and get a sampling of books for FREE. Now some stores impose annoying limits on what you can get, but others are more generous. Richmond

Y'know, it's sad; I did drop by to a comic store. But everything there seemed like it was all superhero-ific, and I have a hard time relating to MassiveMuscularManMeat2000. I got the impression that I wasn't welcome because I wasn't in the DC/Marvel club. Though Supreme Power and KotDT are always a plus in my book.

There are a TON of fantastic non superhero books out there right now, but unfortunately they weren't so well represented among the free books this year, near as I could tell. :\

I could recommend a TON of shit I think you might like though, if you're interested.

Damn right! I get frustrated sometimes when I try to get people who aren't into comics to go...they usually don't seem interested. Argh! :P
