the church hill train tunnel is really creepy at night

I just got back from a little "ghost hunt" at the Church Hill train tunnel with Scott, Macon and Kat. For those of you not from Richmond (or those who just don't know), there were some workers who died when the tunnel collapsed on October 2nd, 1925 and rumor has it in early October you can hear sounds from the tunnel, either screams or the sounds ( Read more... )

Haha, that reminds me of when my friend Laura and I went ghost hunting in this old abandoned church near Hendersonville.

Good times. Didn't see anything though.

I haven't in awhile, but as a kid with my sister typically we used to check out the old neighbor's homes that we heard were haunted. There was also a cemetary in college with a story regarding a pyramid shaped tomb in San Luis Obispo. We went out there several times. Although we never saw a ghost it was spooky.

I certainly believe after a couple personal experiences that don't have a satisfactory explanation!

Sounds spooky! I love and hate doing things like that, I always get spooked. My friend lived in a haunted house. It was the kind of house where if you didn't believe in ghosts when you went in, you did when you left. I could tell you some stories....
