Harvey Keitel came into the store again today. I had to explain to him the difference between soft, firm, and extra firm tofu. He's a funny guy. His assistant or whatever wasn't that funny, but he had a bandage around his head, so I can understand that.

Goals by Kelsey Carpenter and Kelley O'Hara, you'd be pleased to know. And a shut out for Corrrrri.

Harvey Keitel bought Crocs from our store today. He was really nice. Way nicer than our regular customers who practically demand that you kiss their ass from the moment they walk in.

What the hell was today, anyway?

It's fully mid-April, I would just like to know yes or no now.

There was a gun scare at Central today and all the schools were on lock down so there was more inane commentary than there might have been.

Just saw Children of Men. I am struck. It is entirely needed.

It saddens me that we tend to justify our art and quantify its relevancy and greatness with awards. There aren't really any awards that could do the story justice.

I just want to say that my hopes are insanely high about this University of Maryland thing. I was sad about Roma's crushing loss today, but then I thought about going to UMd and I perked up. I'll be so happy if I get in.

- A guy got his leg stuck in the door of the metro on Sunday. He was trying to make it through the door, but it closed on his leg and didn't reopen. I sort of stood there, dumbstruck, figuring that the door was going to open any second, but it didn't. In the last 24 hours I:

-Almost saw someone die
-Almost died
-Had two of the best flights I've EVER had.

Steph and I went bowling this evening, and I'm happy to report that we collectively bowled over 100 in each game. I won't tell you my high score, because there are ACTUAL bowlers on my friends list and I don't want to be too embarrassed.

We also stopped by UMd and I bought a hoodie. A zip up one with a Terrapin on it. It met all the criteria.
