So...I'm going to be the awesome Lori, and you can be the unsure and nervous Lia.

Ready?

"I admire everything you do, and I am so proud of all of your accomplishments. I only wish I had the motivation to do half of what you do. You are incredible and I know that what you are doing right now may seem crazy, and endless, but this too shall pass. You'll get by. Just keep your head up, and you know if you ever need a friend, I am here for you! Always! Only like 4 more weeks right? Keep your head up lil Lori! Love ya!"

How'd I do? =)

OH Lo, I'm sorry to hear that you're so stressed out. If you ever want some ice cream and a person to vent to, you know you can call me, even if it's only for 10 minutes -- I'm here for you and I hope you know that.

Keep doin' how you do -- you're an intelligent young woman who has A LOT going for her!! I know you'll be great ... just relax.

And think those 16 months will go by fast and then you'll see the rewards from all of your hard work!

love you and miss you tons!
xoxo

Lori, I have such faith in you that you will be wonderful in everything you do, that all I can say is hang in there. Because you will be the greatest nurse to hit this world. And I would know- I work for the CON. I'm expecting to write something in one of our publications about how awesome you are any day now :)

Lori, I am so proud of you. You have such focus and determination and drive...it's not easy, what you do, but you do it anyway. Even when there are parties and distractions, you still get your work done. Don't worry-- you're not the only one to not be the best at keeping in touch with other people. We're all getting older, and busier, and more serious with the things we do in our lives. The ones that matter and care the most will still be there (like myself) through all the busy times and being on the other side of the world and while everything's changing. So...don't worry, you're doing fine, you're certainly not alone, and everything will be alright.
