Well, I tried again - I'm liking this one. I still need to make the strips a bit narrower, and I really need to take the time to press it nice and flat :-)

Thanks! I actually had to re-do the inner black layer, the first time I made it out of a scrap of lycra and it was *way* too slippery. This one may be shinier, but it's less slippery. Go figure.

Other than shortening the two tails to 36-40", it's about the same as last time.
