"You get used to everything - even hell."
-Russian ProverbI think I am getting used to being here, little by little. I hate feeling so much like I can't do anything to help though. I've still got my laptop. I think I might try to get my radar working here in some capacity, although these monsters aren't... substantial enough, somehow, to be ( Read more... )

The fire a few weeks ago did a lot of damage, but the workshop in the high school may be a good place to start. You might also ask Miles Edgeworth or Bulma Briefs about it once this current crisis ends -- they're in charge of inventory and the mechanics team, respectively.

Forgive my curiosity, but what is a laptop, or a cell phone?

Do you know where I can find them, once things calm down?

Uhm... A cell phone is a device that lets you talk to people who are far away, as long as they have one too. And a laptop is kind of harder to explain. It's a small portable computer, but I'm guessing you don't know what a computer is either, huh?

Mr. Edgeworth lives at the high school, and Bulma will be staying there for a while as well.

If you brought it along with you, I assume it's portable too? The only phones I've used are attached to wires that run underground.

So it's called a laptop because you can put it on your lap? I've heard of computers, but I've never used one before I came to Discedo. Where I come from, they are the size of large rooms.

Yeah, it's a phone without a wire that'll work almost anywhere. Unfortunately, this place seems to be one of those where it doesn't.

Yeah, computers have come a long way from taking up entire rooms. They've become much smaller, and they can do alot more too.

Oh! There's this one girl that knows how to build things and stuff. She might have your electroonees or whatever.

She's got some really pretty blue hair, and, um... She talks a lot... I forgot her name. Sorry.

.. you've got access to--

hold off on it, for a little while longer. I help organize the mechanics and technology around here, so I'm really going to need you, if you're up for it.

Absolutely. I'd love to help with just about anything.

I'm Mei Ling, by the way, and you are?

I guess it's true... Be around something for long enough and it'll eventually become normal.

Anyways, I think Bulma's just the person to look for as far as electronics are concerned. She'll be sure to help you out!
