We spotted a Pink Flamingo working with the insurgency in the Al Anbar Province.

Fortunately our medic, "Doc", performed a dangerous single handed apprehension of said Flamingo.

Flamingo is now safely in custody and will be released in a later "catch and release" program.

glad to see the flamingo is making it's way around, the beast needs a mascot- your job is to keep from getting a cracked windshield, that way we know you're avoiding the ieds. i'll leave it up to you, whehter the flamingo goes home w/ you , or stays w/ your replacements. if you choose to leave her behind, i'll send you a replacement when you get home. i put some pix on my livejournal site, of the trip we just took to san diego, to visit our oldest son, sol- you can see me, and my travelling flamingo, clem, visiting his cousin flamingos, at sea world, as well as some crazy statues, from a junkyard/ museum , here in wisconsin- i feel inspired, if only i could weld
