Actually that Camel was part of this 3 board advert from Land Rovers, the whole thing said "Camels are for tourists"

I seriously want that Pikachu. You could look so uber hip dragging it down Queen street West.

The pic of the empire state building was taken on my old block! and the pic of 9th street was one avenue up from my last apartment!

way to make me homesick.

Aw man I'm really sorry :( I feel guilty now.

That being said I know the homesickness with fade. You're in the most awesome city ever now! (even if Manchester aren't doing that great at the moment)

Are you staying with missmuse? From her ADIML it looks like she lives just 2 streets over from me, if you are you should walk all the way down green lanes (away from the tube for around 5 minutes or so) until you come to a pup called the Shaftsbury on your right, just before a small tescos. It's a great pub with amazing Victorian decor (and it's cheap too!)

Yeah I did, I may be going back there to play some shows in a couple of months. I do truly <3 NYC (although London is far superior) Thanks again for the advice!

I love NYC much more than LA, maybe it's because I can actually walk places instead of having to plan everything round taxi's or friends driving my places. Both cities have pretty fragmented music scenes, (apart from the obvious commercial shit) I mean I know a few dubstep promoters out there and the Darkmatter soundsystem which does breakcore, apart from that I'm at a loss for LA music. :/ Either way I'll be there at some point next year (hopefully to play out at some shows, we'll see)

Oooooo I'm going to Rochester too! Well Niagra actually, but I'm sure I'll be able to go down there.

What have you been doing miss too busy to post anymore? :P

Sorry for the much delayed response fearless_vision October 16 2008, 19:58:18 UTC
You'd be surprised how much you can actually walk in L.A. Not as much as New York, but then again, people aren't lazy in New York. Keep me updated with your L.A. travel plans!

Niagra is an hour away from Rochester, but what brings you over there?

It's not that I'm too busy, it's that I had lacked writing motivation for a good while. Ran into some "partying" issues out here that took me a while to get back on track with...I'm sure you can read between the lines on that.
