Don't know if you will get this or not, but had to try. We have something in common (besides the chihuahua!). I used to be the Events Coordinator at a Michael's store in NY state. They hired me because I knew a lot about knitting, crochet, and most crafts and supplies. No one else in that store sure did, because everyone with a question was sent to me. I hired the instructors, among other things. Wilton back then was really pushy (I moved from NY in 2002), and wanted me to assign all instructor time to them, which I wouldn't. I was so glad to see your link as I wanted to write them and complain. They should have employees who actually can give help to customers! I guess this policy is pretty recent, as I think there were still Event Coordinators a year ago there. Thanks for that link! I say patronize Hobby Lobby if you have one! They let people teach there, and the last I knew, you got to keep ALL you brought in! Their profit came from selling materials. Best Wishes- Catherine
